HACKY MONDAYS – USE A BOTTLE AS A ROLLING PIN

If you’re doing a spot of procrastibaking but can’t find a rolling pin, use a wine bottle! This is especially good for rolling fondant icing because the smooth surface of the glass gives a nice clean finish.

You’ll notice that my wine battle is empty – a full one will do just fine, but they never seem to last long around here.

*UPDATE! Fill your bottle with iced water if you want to keep your pastry cold.
