30 Mar HACKY MONDAYS – WHIP CREAM IN A JAR

If I see another bloody Pinterest dessert served in a mason jar, I might scream, but before we relegate mason jars to the ‘done to death’ pile, take a moment to marvel in the wonder of whipping cream in a jar. Here’s how it works:

1. Put cream in the jar, add the lid

2. Shake it until it’s whipped.

That’s it. It takes about 2 minutes of vigorous shaking and will impress all your friends when you pull out some strawberries with freshly whipped cream at your next hipster picnic. Be sure to Instagram it, pin it and add it to your mason jar board.
